Need to make a return? No problem! We know some orders just don’t work out, so we try and make it easy to make it right.
Return for Store Credit
Couldn’t be easier! File a return and we’ll send you a FREE shipping label to return your items. When we get your items back, we’ll issue you a gift card. Note: This option is only available for U.S. Domestic Orders.
For swapping sizes for the same product and color only. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. When you create an exchange, we’ll send you the information. Once your exchange is received, we’ll send out your new size within three (3) business days.
Return for Refund
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us. When you create a return, we’ll send you the information. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a refund using the same payment method you used to pay originally.
If we screwed up or your items were defective upon arrival, let us know and we will handle the details to make it right!
Returns Policies & Information
Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 14 days, and received within 30 days, of the original shipping date as indicated in shipping emails and on postage labels. Returns & exchanges outside this window may not be accepted.
International orders are eligible for a 30-day window (received within 60), but they are not eligible for the Refund for Credit option due to the high cost of international shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Refund, Store Credit or Exchange:
(1) Items marked as clearance or final sale; (2) Glasses or Eyewear of any kind; (3) Free gifts or promotional items with retail value. (4) Items received in damaged/worn condition. (5) Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit initiated after 14 days of the original order shipment date. (6) Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made an error or the items were defective.
Please note that if ineligible items are received, no credit, refund or exchange will be issued. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if they wish to have the item returned.
How to Make a Return
Step 1: Initiate a Return using our easy returns form here (add a link to form). Please make sure to indicate which type of return you are requesting.
Step 2: We will respond to you within 1-2 business days with instructions!
Step 3: Ship the items back to us! If you are Returning for Credit or Replacement, we will provide a shipping label. If you are returning for a refund or exchange, ship it back to the address provided in the instructions.
Step 4: Once we receive your items, we will issue a refund, credit, or ship your replacement item. If your tracking code says we’ve received your return and you haven’t gotten an email from us within three (3) business days, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund, store credit or exchange.*
Shoes: Must be returned with the original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund, store credit or exchange.*
Accessories: Must be properly bubble wrapped and protected. Items received that are damaged will receive no refund, store credit, or exchange.*
Please note that if packages are received that are improperly labeled, sent without a tracking number, or sent without filling out our return form may be delayed or denied.
*Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if they wish to have the item returned.
If you find an item you purchased from us went on sale on our site within 14 days of your purchase, let us know and we will issue a refund for the difference. We will not honor coupons or discount codes on prior purchases.
We will only accept exchanges if you need a different size from the one you received. If you would like a different product, please select our Return for Credit option. We can only accept exchanges for current products – if the item you purchased is not being restocked, we will not be able to fulfill an exchange.
