All of our sublimation products are made with 4-way stretch eco-material that is made from recycled plastic water bottles. We care deeply about creating a more sustainable planet, and we fight to do our part for environmental justice.
Yes we have sales, stay updated by signing up for emails and checking our socials! We have a sale section on our website, and we have Mystery boxes, which are a great option if you are on a budget! Our products are handmade with love, one by one. We are a small business made up of a handful of people, so the cost of the products helps to cover things like labor, materials, packaging, our office space, and more. There is a lot more that goes into a small business than just the product, and we appreciate every single one of you for supporting us.
Product Add-Ons are products that can be added onto your order for a discounted price, generated by some of our top selling items.
Only one Add-On discount can be applied at a time. If you have selected multiple Add-Ons, the greater value discount will remain unless Add-On items from the same sequence were selected together.
Dry clean only is recommended for all jackets. However, either of these faux fur products can be hand washed in cool water and then left air dry, avoiding direct sunlight — this will allow them to best maintain their color and overall quality for a long time!
However, should you prefer machine washing/drying for convenience, make sure your fan holster, bucket hat, and/or jacket are in a mesh bag for added protection with both the washer and dryer set on the gentle cycle. Please note, color bleeding or seam damage is more likely when machine washed.
We recommend handwashing our blankets in cool water and then hanging them to dry out of direct sunlight — this will allow your blanket to best maintain its quality. Any sort of machine washing/drying may cause the colors to bleed or fade.
We recommend getting a damp tissue or towelette then lightly going over the fan itself while its open — any wipes containing alcohol may cause color to distort. Then leave the fan to dry or you can simply fan yourself to speed up the process :)
Orders & Shipping
It generally takes us about 3 to 5 business days to process your order and get it in the mail. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipment notification once your order is being prepared for shipment. If you need your order quickly, select Priority Shipping at checkout for 2-Day delivery, which means that it will arrive two days after USPS picks it up. All orders have the same processing time regardless of the shipping method selected.
If it has beenless than 24 hourssince you placed your order you can make changes to your order by clicking the link at the bottom of your Order Confirmation Email or through your Customer Account Order Detail Page.
Requests made over 24 hours after the order has been placed may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to help! If you need to make changes to an existing order after 24 hours, please send us an email as soon as possible at email@example.com.
If you would like to cancel your order, you will be able to if we have not sent out your package yet. You can send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org see if your order is eligible for cancellation. We often ship out the next day, so please keep this in mind!

Yes, we accept items that are new, unused and in the original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as they qualify as a returnable item per our return policy that you can access here.
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated based on location and the weight of the package. Shipping is provided by USPS and we are not able to offer any discounts for shipping or negotiate rates, unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the package recipient to cover any duties and/or tariffs associated with importing goods from the United States. Customs fees vary by country and you can contact your local customs facility for more information.
At this time, free shipping is NOT available for On Demand orders or any order containing an On Demand item as they are shipped through a third-party — we're sorry for the inconvenience.

If you didn't an order confirmation email right away, then your order didn't go through. Depending on your bank, it will sometimes say "pending charge" even for failed payments and will deduct the money from your bank amount. However, the funds will be returned within a few business days. Contact us if you're unsure if the order went through or not.
